I place an order online. The staff went above and beyond to find the product. Once I was notified they located the product I went to the store ready for pickup. After using the scartch solution on my vehicle as directed. I was amazed by the results. The product I used was Meguiar's Scartch Eraser Kit.
Dereemus and Nathalie gave AMAZING service today. Dereemus have a natural gift when dealing with customers!! He fast and very knowledgeable MAKE HIM MANAGEMENT ASAP. Nathalie was a pleasure!! Her patience is unmatched. She took about 15 calls and still made sure I had what I need. The 2 together were a perfect team!! On November 26, 2023 around 6pm, I went to Autozone to return a product. When I walked into the auto zone there was one person in front of me so I was happy because I was in a rush to go somewhere. I waited for an unreasonable amount of time considering there were two registers open and I was the only person in line. After waiting, I decided to tell the attendant Dianne that I had a simple return. She gave me a mean stare and said “I’ll be with you when I’m done, and then kept assisting her customer. As a customer waiting patiently, I expected better customer service by acknowledging my wait or at least apologizing for the delay. I was waiting for

These guys don’t know nothing he could not find my battery then he checked it on line for the location it was under my seat and he still did not know how to test it he said he can’t find my battery! Getbokder men that want to work ! The lady with the glasses is the Best !
Diane assisted me and was friendly and was patience with me and I brought the wrong part and it was easy to exchange for the correct part and it was quick and easy to work with.
My daughter needed to order a starter last Sunday so we decided to go to AutoZone on Springfield Ave. There are several locations, but we choose this I one because it was closer.
I went on the website to check their hours for Sunday Morning which was 8am. Which was perfect because I had to be at work by 9a.
When we arrived at 7:55am several cars were waiting in the lot. 8:05a we tried to enter but no one was there. It was extremely cold too. One of the people waiting outside was an employee! He had been there waiting when we arrived. Needless to say the Manager finally arrived by 820a.
Once we all got inside the employee who had been waiting outside took care of our needs and we were on our way. They also give a 10% discount to Veterans. My daughter was happy about that!
